Kim Strother's Fun Treadmill Workout

I wanted to share this video with everyone because it proves that your ability to really enjoy exercise is only limited by your creativity.

In this video, female fitness model, Kim Strother, shares one of her treadmill workout routines. I like it because it includes a simple warm-up, some HIIT sprints, recovery time, side steps, cool-down, etc. Nothing fancy. Just effective. And it's got a variety of elements which keep it fresh and non-boring.



So if you're starting to get bored with straightforward running or jogging, try some of these on for size on your next treadmill workout.
