Do You Need Food Supplements For Fitness?

You will be able to test your commitment to your nutritional plan if you get to divide your meals into five to six times a day. It may sometimes feel like you are preoccupied by your meals. As initial dosage for the first five days, it is necessary to have 4 to 6 teaspoons. Thereafter, two to three teaspoons per day is the recommended dose for maintenance.

Essential fatty acids are abundant in flaxseed oil. They are not bad fats but fats that can actually help you lose fat, gain muscle, increase energy and stay healthy. Essential fatty acids, namely omega 3's and omega 6's can help keep you in an anabolic state because they are energy sources. They prevent muscles from being broken down when there is a need for energy. Nuts, seeds, cold water fishes and unsaturated, unprocessed oils are good sources of essential fatty acids. Supplemental flaxseed oils contain all essential fatty acids you need in one or two tablespoons.

The best foods are natural, unrefined and unprocessed. Most of the time, however, we don't get enough of these nutrients because of our hectic and fast paced life. Food supplements are convenient sources of foods we may not get adequate amounts of. In terms of convenience, food supplements top the list. In terms of quality, nothing beats natural, unprocessed food.
